Located on the main floor of the Toronto Broadcasting Centre, the CBC Museum showcases a selection of CBC’s archival materials, many dating back to the beginning of broadcast in 1936.
The museum features a number of interactive exhibits where visitors can call up excerpts from famous CBC shows, including Kids’ CBC, CBC News and CBC Sports.
Take a #museumselfie with some of CBC’s most important heritage items, including Mr. Dressup’s famous Tickle Trunk or a CBC microphone from 1910.
The Graham Spry Theatre, adjacent to the main floor Museum, features sneak previews of exciting new CBC programming.
Open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Admission is free.
