My Gym Children's Fitness Center has created an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children four months to thirteen years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. My Gym kids have so much fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, fine and gross motor proficiency, agility, flexibility and social skills. The most important benefit we offer, however, is the building of confidence and self-esteem.
