Recipe: Purple Power Smoothie - makes 2 servings

Kids will love this thick, refreshing treat! The perfect 'snack'
on a hot summer day.
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250 mL) frozen blueberries
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced bananas
- 1 cup (250 mL) drained canned peaches
- 1 cup (250 mL) 100% berry juice
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or cup and enjoy. For a treat on the go, pour the smoothie into a travel cup with
a straw and you are off!
