Born out of neccesity, childslife.ca is an essential online resource for Markham and York Region parents looking to find local events, activities and services.

Child's Life was founded in 2006 by two Markham mom's with a goal to create a resource for parents that was lacking in the Markham area. Inspired by a number of Toronto family websites, the pair wanted to create a resource with local information for parents. After a year of much research www.childslife.ca was launched with event coverage for Markham, York, Durham and Toronto areas, a local business directory, contests, parenting articles, useful weblinks, enewsletter and more!

Local parents and caregivers use Child's Life to find family events, to plan kids recreational activities, art and dance classes, family day trips and so much more. Loyal members participate every month in Child's Life contests, and stay up to date with Child's Life free member eNews.

Justine Orr Mohan, co-founder and owner of Child's Life, is a long time resident of Markham. Justine also runs Brolly Media print and web design studio and is a professional face painter often seen at events and birthday parties in Markham, York Region and the GTA.
